Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mountain Air Cardio. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

USA and Canada Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless otherwise indicated. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use a flat rate shipping charge within the U.S. and Canada via UPS Ground.  The estimated delivery time is 3-6 days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Mountain Air Cardio ships only to physical addresses within the U.S. and Canada.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mountain Air Health is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).  For shipments outside the United States, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included at checkout, but rather, are paid by Buyers to the shipping company prior to the release of shipment.

Damages
If your product is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately for assistance in getting a replacement.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

International Shipping Policy

Please contact us if you would like to ship outside North America and we will be happy to arrange that for you (international shipping is not currently available via our automated web store).
