We may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, billing address, shipping address, login credentials, time zone, and user preferences. We retain different categories of information for different periods depending on the purpose for which the information is used:

  • Account and preference information: We retain information necessary to operate your account and provide the Service, including your login credentials, time zone, and user preferences, for as long as your account remains active or until you request deletion of your information.
  • Altitude system operating data: We retain altitude system operating data for the most recent two (2) weeks. Older operating data is routinely deleted or overwritten.
  • Contact, billing, and shipping information: We retain your billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address indefinitely unless you request deletion of your information, except where continued retention is required or permitted by law or is reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, including accounting, tax, transaction, warranty, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.

When a user requests deletion, we will delete or anonymize the user’s Personal Information except for information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.
